Delivery
• We ship worldwide
• All delivery is tracked
• You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped
• Estimated delivery in 4-5 business days
• Delivery time does not include processing time - us receiving and producing your order. This might take up to 2 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• Expect for delivery to take a tad longer when we have peak orders in the end of November/early December
Returns and refunds
• We are more than happy to accept returns, just email us at normalcalendarshop@gmail.com or fill in the enquiery form below for further information.
• Always email us first before returning anything.
• All returns have to be shipped to our HQ address in England, UK.
• DO NOT return your order to the printing location, you will not receive a refund.
Order Cancellation
• We can only cancel your order within the first hours after you placing it.
• This is due to all of our calendars being printed per order and once the printing process has begun we cannot revert it.
Damaged or lost orders
• Damaged order: We use recyclable packaging for all of our calendars meaning that sometimes unreliable delivery drivers can leave your order in the rain or bend it, which would damage the product.
• Please don't hesitant to email us on normalcalendarshop@gmail.com
• Add pictures of the damage to your email and we would happily issue you a replacement or a refund
• Lost order: All of our orders are shipped with full tracking.
• Please get in touch about your lost order by emailing us at normalcalendarshop@gmail.com
• We will investigate your case and happily issue you a replacement.
